"C.O.R.E. FIT Bootcamp and Running Group: The workouts are challenging. Steph and the other campers will push you and encourage you. We have a great group of women at all fitness levels who work hard and work together. Whether you want to lose weight, tone muscles, or just hang out with other ladies, this is the place to be. I have been with the bootcamp for two years and still enjoy the workouts." - Stacy
"Boot camp will change you. You'll feel better, look better, and walk taller. You'll sleep better and have more energy. C.O.R.E.FIT is not just an exercise class; it's an hour with an extraordinary group of women dedicated to improving themselves and encouraging their fellow boot campers to do the same. It's hard work but its also a lot of fun!" - Laura
"Being a lady of wisdom and one who has entered her 50's; I consider this period of my life to be about "ME". After raising five sons and a daughter (and love being a Mom) it's just time for me. What better way to feel good about myself than to have joined C.O.R.E.FIT Bootcamp. Not only for the physical aspects, but mentally and emotionally; I feel so GOOD!!. Do I feel the pain?...LOL ....you bet I do. But the exhilarating feeling of accomplishment when I do well, or the challenge of pushing myself to the limit outweighs all! So, being that lady of wisdom, I will keep taking care of me." - Glynda
"If you're thinking of joining boot camp, Give it a try!! You will not regret it. The group is made up of all women from all ages, levels and sizes which made me feel more comfortable at the beginning. I've learned core exercises for the first time that help strengthen & tone my body. The exercises challenged me and I was motivated by the results I continued to see month by month. It's fun, challenging & rewarding. I'm a 36 year old mother of three and work full time. If I can do it so can you!!" - Nanette
My C.O.R.E.FIT mission is simple: Offer a quality, motivating, fun fitness environment, then make it as accessible to as many as possible.
If there is one thing I have learned from over 12 years of experience, it's that your physical body makes up about 25% of the fitness equation. The other 75% is mental. ANYONE can exercise, ANYONE can eat healthy foods, and yes, ANYONE can find the time - so why are we becoming more obese, unhealthy, and suffering from more stress?? It has to do with the way we think. WE ARE WHAT WE THINK. Until you make a mental shift to believe a) you deserve more, b) you CAN do more, and c) your life DEPENDS on it, you will not be successful. BELIEVE you deserve that hour a day, your family deserves that hour a day. You have to believe you can do it - one step at a time.
Take that first step, make the commitment - to yourself, for yourself, and for the world around you.

Experience
As a runner who spent 15 years racing everything from the mile to the marathon, I have studied not only strength and flexibility training, but how a healthy diet based on food as nourishment rather than comfort could affect performance. I became so passionate about this, and the impact our mental state has on success, I resigned my longtime marketing career to become a Personal Trainer. I have trained hundreds of people, from self professed "couch potatoes" to athletes alike. I have the tools, resources, and experience to help you; the question is: ARE YOU IN?
