"June of 2007 represented a lifestyle change for me. It was the month that I began boot camp with Stephanie. Having spent time in the Army, one would think that boot camp should only be for 2 months or so right? Not the case for me. It has been more than 2 years now, and it has been a rich and enlightening experience. Without being overly loquacious, Stephanie's boot camp has been one of the most important factors in addition to my faith in God and my family which provided faster healing and recovery from chemo and radiation. I do not say this lightly. As a cancer survivor, I would not have been able to withstand the rigors of chemo and radiation had my body not been foundationally built to deal with the onslaught I endured for over a year. I am blessed and cancer free!
Understand this- the boot camp experience is not just about physicality; it is much more. It centers around a mind, body and spirit connection as long as you are open to it and come  with an intention of working hard, pushing yourself and embracing a positive attitude. "After having children I was very interested in trying to get into a program to help me lose weight and get fit, but could not figure out how to incorporate it into my schedule with children and a full-time job.  I was really interested in checking out a boot camp, but the ones I found were too expensive and not held at convenient times for me.  Then I had a friend tell me about Stephanie's boot camp and I was allowed to attend as a guest for one session and I am now on my 5th month of attending.  The 5 am class was a little scary as I am not a morning person, but it is actually a nice time because I get home before my children wake up and have plenty of time to get ready for work.  It is a good feeling going to work knowing that I have already worked out for the day - plus I feel much healthier and have lost several inches.  The price of this boot camp makes it affordable to keep attending each month.  Another other plus is that I have made friends with a lot of the women in the boot camp and we have fun while getting in shape at the same time.  I recommend Stephanie's boot camp to everyone." - Lanie

"Joining a bootcamp session was something I always wanted to do but I was very intimidated by the thought of being embarassed or feeling out of place.  A coworker of mine heard about C.O.R.E.FIT Training Bootcamp and asked me if I wanted to join - I agreed with a lot of hesitation.  It has now been 4 months since my first bootcamp session and I absolutely love that I joined.  Stephanie is a great leader who really cares about the group and ensures we get an excellent workout.  This camp is geared toward women of all ages, shapes and sizes and the best part of it is that its fun!  The workouts are always different and challenging.  All the women in the group are friendly, motivating and cheer each other along.  This program has helped me see results and stay on course." - Rosa

"I was introduced to Stephanie's boot camp sixteen months ago and it has changed my life.  Never in my wildest dreams Would I have thought that I would get up in the mornings, 3 days a week, working out at FIVE A.M.  And since I have been working out, I am able to run-more-than-walk a mile--and in a pretty decent time.  The various women in the group are wonderful and very supportive and the camaraderie is terrific.  I am doing more calisthenics and strength exercises than I thought my body could handle.  Because of Stephanie's good attitude toward health of women by way of working out and eating healthier, I watch what I eat and I push myself a little more during her workouts!" - Kim
"When I first joined C.O.R.E.FIT training, I told myself I would probably just pay for one month because of all the horror stories I've heard from other boot camps.  I thought I should at least give this one a shot....................I have been there for a little over a year and a half if that tells you anything!!!!!!!!!!!!  Its one of the best addictions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I honestly could not imagine starting my mondays, wednesdays and fridays without it.  I never feel pressured or embarrassed if I can't do a specific exercise properly, Stephanie is always wiling to show me the correct way.  I have gained muscles in my legs, arms and back that I never knew existed.  The hours and location are perfect for me.  I feel that not only have I gained more confidence in my abilities, I've also gained a family with Stephanie and the members.  I've had many friends attend other boot camps and literally come home crying.  After going to C.O.R.E.FIT, I come home feeling my best and always looking forward to the next time.  I like it because each day is different, its not the same boring workout day after day!  I especially love the group activities and games we play, I have so much fun that I forget that I'm actually getting a great workout.

"I joined C.O.R.E.FIT almost a year ago and I can say it is the first workout that motivates me to get up and do it! I have all the Turbo Jam videos, the Tae-Bo series, and have donated a LOT of money to Gold's Gym.  The difference between those workouts and Steph's bootcamp is that none of those could keep me motivated.  I get up MWF at 4:30am and if I sleep through a morning workout, I feel as though I've let myself down. Steph gives you the motivation to want to better yourself, and she'll hold you accountable. I think that is the main difference. I know she is going to call my name at roll call and I need to be there.  I know that at the beginning of every month we will have our timed mile, push-ups, and sit-ups test. I know I want to beat my prior month...and I'm always surprised at how easily I do!   The workouts vary and are designed to adjust to any fitness level! You never feel self conscious about how well you perform compared to the others. I now see definition in my arms and legs that was not there a year ago. I not only feel physically stronger, I have created a bond and friendship with a wonderful group of women.  The support from this group over the past year has been humbling. These women get up at the crack of dawn with you and sweat and cheer you on the entire way.  They have helped me become a better person and have been just what I needed at this point in my life.  I am very grateful for Stephanie and her workouts and more so her friendship.  She'll work you hard if you're ready to give her the time and commitment. It's more than worth it!"
